Buffalo Ground Chicken Ingredients
- 1lb Ground Chicken
- Roasted Sweet Potatoes
- 1/4 Cup Chopped White Onion
- 1 TSP Garlic Powder
- 1 TSP Ranch Seasoning
- Salt + Pepper
- 1/3 Cup Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
- 1/3 Cup Yo Mama Buffalo Sauce
- 1/3 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
Step 1: Chop sweet potatoes and roast them with olive oil and salt + pepper for 30-40 mins at 425.
Step 2: Brown your chicken in a skillet, add seasoning, and chopped onions.
Step 3: Add roasted sweet potatoes to the same skillet and top with cheese.
Step 4: Return to the oven for another 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Step 5: Enjoy with a side of broccoli, green beans, or a side salad.

Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Chicken
- 1/4 Cup Chopped White Onions
- 1 TSP Garlic Powder
- 1 TSP Ranch Seasoning
- 1/3 Cup Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
- 1/3 Cup Yo Mama Buffalo Sauce
- 1/3 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
Instructions
