3 Ingredient Protein Pizza Bites

These protein pizza bites are filling and only require a few ingredients. You can eat 10 of these for only 500 calories and 30 grams of protein!

The calories can be decreased even further by using skim mozzarella cheese and turkey pepperoni. These are great cold in your lunch the next day or reheated in the microwave.

Bake for 10-15 minutes. Then pop and enjoy!

Protein Pizza Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup of King Arthur Pizza Flour
  • 1 Cup of Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1-2 TSP Pizza Seasoning
  • Red Sauce
  • 1-2 Mozzarella Cheese Sticks
  • Pepperoni

DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. Mix flour with yogurt and pizza seasoning until it turns into a dough ball.

3. Scoop pizza dough into a silicone mini muffin tray.

4. Fill each muffin well about 3/4 of the way.

5. Cut up 1-2 cheese sticks and set aside.

6. Cover each mini muffin with red sauce, followed by a piece of cheese.

7. Cover the cheese with a piece of pepperoni and press down.

8. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Then pop and enjoy!
