Protein Pizza Bites
Get creative and try different toppings and sauces for your protein pizza bites. Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat in the microwave.
- 1/2 Cup King Arthur Pizza Flour
- 1 Cup Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1-2 TSP Pizza Seasoning
- Red Sauce or Pizza Sauce
- Mozzarella Cheese Sticks
- Turkey Pepperoni or Regular Pepperoni
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix flour with yogurt and pizza seasoning until it turns into a dough ball.
Scoop pizza dough into a silicone mini muffin tray.
Fill each muffin well about 3/4 of the way.
Cut up 1-2 cheese sticks and set aside.
Cover each mini muffin with red sauce, followed by a piece of cheese.
Cover the cheese with a piece of pepperoni and press down.
Bake for 10-15 minutes. Then pop and enjoy!
