This is 2 minute sausage egg & cheese sandwich is great option for a quick lunch or breakfast when you want something high protein.

Make it lower carb by skipping the toast or add more nutrition with a side of fruit and sprinkle of hemp seeds over the eggs.

2 Minute Sausage Egg & Cheese Sandwich

Makes 1 Serving:

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Chopped Fully Cooked Chicken Sausage
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Ezekiel Toast
  • Optional: Side of Fruit & Sprinkle of Hemp Seeds

Breakfast Sandwich Directions:

1. Whip eggs with a fork in a small microwave safe glass bowl with fully cooked chicken sausage, cheddar cheese, and dash of salt & pepper.

2. Place in microwave for 30 seconds. Stir the eggs and return to microwave for 30 seconds.

3. Continue this 30 seconds then stir process for a total of 2 minutes or until the eggs are cooked through.

4. Remove eggs carefully from microwave and use a spoon to lift the eggs from the bowl.

5. Transfer the eggs onto toast and enjoy with a side of fruit and sprinkle of hemp seeds.

  • Salt & Pepper
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1-2 Ezekiel Toast
  • Optional: Side of Fruit & Sprinkle of Hemp Seeds

Instructions
