2 Minute Sausage & Eggs
This is a great option for a quick lunch when you want something healthy with a lot of protein. You can make this lower carb by skipping the toast or add more nutrition with a side of fruit and sprinkle of hemp seeds over the eggs.
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Chopped Full Cooked Chicken Sausage
- Salt & Pepper
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1-2 Ezekiel Toast
- Optional: Side of Fruit & Sprinkle of Hemp Seeds
Whip eggs with a fork in a small microwave safe glass bowl with fully cooked chicken sausage, cheddar cheese, and dash of salt & pepper.
Place in microwave for 30 seconds. Stir the eggs and return to microwave for 30 seconds.
Continue this 30 seconds then stir process for a total of 2 minutes or until the eggs are cooked through.
Remove eggs carefully from microwave and use a spoon to lift the eggs from the bowl.
Transfer the eggs onto toast and enjoy with a side of fruit and sprinkle of hemp seeds.
