Protein Waffles without Powders
These protein waffles are made with clean ingredients and no powders! Each waffle contains 24g of protein, less than 50 carbs, and totals 315 calories.
- 3/4 Cup Rolled Oats Blended
- 1/2 TSP Baking Powder
- 3/4 Cup Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
- Dash Vanilla Extract
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. The batter will be thick.
Preheat a waffle iron.
Add the entire waffle batter into the waffle iron.
Cook the waffle a little longer than usual to allow it to crisp up.
Remove the waffle once it feels crispy and easily removes from the iron.
Drizzle with maple or peanut butter and a side of fruit.
