Healthy Date Bites

All you need are medjool dates pitted and halved, sun butter or peanut butter, and dark chocolate. A silicone mini muffin tray works best so you can easily pop these out.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Medjool Dates Pitted and Halved
  • 24 TSP Dark Chocolate Chips
  • Drizzle of Sun Butter on Each Date Bite

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove the pit from the Medjool dates and slice in half then set aside.
  • Add 1 TSP of dark chocolate chips to a silicone 24 mini muffin tray.
  • Place 1 halved date over top of the dark chocolate. Then drizzle sun butter over all of the dates.
  • Place in oven and heat for about 5-7 minutes or until the dates soften and the chocolate melts.
  • Remove from oven and gently press the dates down if needed.
  • Place mini muffin tray in the freezer for about an hour to firm up the date bites.
  • Pop each date bite from the silicone tray and store in the fridge in an airtight container. Enjoy as a dessert or snack!
