Line a small size pan with parchment paper. I used a 9x9 inch pan but you can use a smaller size pan or a larger size pan. If you using a difference size pan, make sure to adjust the measurements of chocolate in case it starts to get too thin or thick.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and gather your ingredients. Mix a cup of Greek yogurt with 1/2 cup of PB2 or another peanut butter powder.
Then add vanilla extract and a dash of salt to the peanut butter yogurt mixture.
Smooth the melted chocolate then plop the yogurt mixture on top of the melted chocolate. Covering all of the chocolate with the peanut butter yogurt.
Then sprinkle another 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips over top of the peanut butter yogurt. Place the pan into the oven for another 5 minutes to melt the top layer of the chocolate.
After 5 minutes, smooth the top layer over melted chocolate over top of the yogurt. Allow to cool for a few minutes before placing into the freezer to harden for an hour.
After an hour remove the pan from the freezer and pull the end from the parchment paper to lift the treats from the pan.
Place the parchment paper with the treats onto a cutting board then cut into small bite size squares. I cut mine into 12 small size squares which are 110 calories each.
